Remedy to remain disease free for life

Hello,
Today, I will share a simple Remedy through which, a person can remain disease free for life.
Almost every person suffers diseases every once in while whether the disease may be small or big.
In order to control diseases, hindu dharma suggests mantra, tapa, homa, yog and medicine.
Today I will share a yogic and medicinal remedy through which one can remainn disease free for life.

In order to remain disease free ayurveda says that there must be a balance between vata, pitta and kaf.

However, for a great health, veerya is the most powerful necessity.
Veerya means semen.
The person who doesn't waste his semen never faces any diseases in life. 
This is because semen is the main controller of immunity of our body.
In the absence of semen, our body's immunity system also becomes extremely weak.

The main factors of health of a body are -
1. Agni
2. Surya
3. Chandra
4. Vaayu 
5. Jal

I will now share remedies about how to maintain and optimise each of them.
The procedure of how to maintain them -


1. Agni - Agni is our internal fire which usually remains in our stomach and helps in extracting maximum benefits from the food that we consumed.

The best remedy of increasing agni is eating desi cow ghee. One must eat just one teaspoon of desi ghee daily. Eating ghee is the best remedy for improvising agni because other remedies cause imbalance in our vata, pitta and kaf.
Eating pure ghee not only improvises or agni but also increases our semen which in turn increases strength, valor and immunity.
The person who regularly eats just one teaspoonful of ghee remains  free from all kinds of throat, stomach, and semen related diseases like impotence.

2. Surya - Surya refers to nothing but our semen. And sun is the main karak of health. 
There 2  remedies to maintain surya in the body which must be followed regularly.
First is maintaining semen. Because semen is called the "daihik surya".

Wasting it not only causes weakened immune system. It also causes the sin of brahma hatya, weakening of body and decline in physical strength, stamina, and agility.

The second remedy for maintaining surya is surya bhojan. Surya bhojan means to consume sun rays. Surya bhojan has great significance for yogis who do tapa for various days.
The procedure of performing surya bhojan is as follows -
1. Perform this remedy as soon as you wake up. 
2. After waking up, the sadhak must immediately go to a place in his or her home from where he can see sun rays. After that he must maintain sukhasan and sit on a kush aasan or red velvet aasan.
3. He must keep his eyes closed and do pranayam 4 times.
4. After this, he must open his eyes and pray to Lord sun for a few minutes to give you energy, strength,stamina and veerya(semen).
5. Then, the sadhak must close his eyes, maintain surya mudra or shunya mudra  in his hands and meditate. While meditating, the sadhak must imagine as if all the sun rays are entering your body through your third eye and then, this energy is slowly reaching all the chakras of your body.
This remedy must be performed for 5-10 minutes daily.
At the end, the sadhak must perform 5 pranayam.

The above mentioned remedy is a very very powerful remedy. This remedy is performed even by maha yogis and rishis.
Other than this, This remedy is performed by me myself and the results are immense and unbelievable and it is impossible that this remedy is not working for someone.

The sadhaks, especially men, perform who performs these 2 remedies will never find a lack of strength,  stamina in life. 
Other than this, the person who performs these remedies never faces any skin related and eye related diseases in life.


3. Chandra - Chandra controls our brain and our mental peace. If chandra our body is afflicted then the sadhak's  metal chaos while keep on rising every minute.
The procedure of increasing chandra in our body is -
Every night, before going to sleep, the sadhak must drink cold milk. Then sit in front of chandra on a kush aasan for 1-2 minutes without doing anything.
After this, the sadhak must perform pranayam a few times and the sadhak must do tratak on Moon and imagine as if the silence and tranquility of Moon is entering your  third eye and then, that tranquil energy in entering all the chakras.
This remedy must be performed for 10 minutes daily.

The  person who performs this remedy remains calm and composed even during the most panicking situations. Such a person never faces brain related and heart related diseases. Such a person gets a beautiful face and attracts a lot of people due to his or her beauty.
Also, people who want to get live for 100 years must without any second thought, perform this remedy.

4. Vaayu - Vaayu is also increased in our body through increasing it's consumption. The most simple way of increasing vaayu consumption is to do pranayam.
The best time to perform this pranayam is in brahma muhurat near trees or plants.
By performing this remedy, a person never faces air related diseases like asthama and tuberculosis.
Such a person never faces akal mrityu because the soul leaves the body through vayu tatva only. Not by any other tatva. By performing pranayam, you gain control over this vayu tatva of your body.

5. Jal - Water  can simply be improved by drinking more water.
The person must  drink water more than how much he feels satisfied. What it means is that if I am feeling satisfied by drinking 1 glass of water, I must drink 2 more glasses of water. I.e. total 3 glasses.

The person who drinks excess of amount of water regularly gets good health and glowing skin.
Other than this, the main benefit of drinking excess water is that  the person gains control over his lust, anger, greed and unnecessary attachments and he becomes jitendriya(one who won over his senses).

Keep in mind readers that all the remedies must be performed daily. 
It is better to perform these remedies daily and maintain a sound health than to regret later when someone suffers a serious disease.
All of these remedies are performed by me myself and all of them work without any doubt.

    sir for 2.surya remedy can i do that prayog after doing yoga in brahma muhurt,since im practicing yooga from 4 30 to 5 30 after doing shavasana can i perform this remedy.
