Yantra Energisation procedure

Without energising yantra, idol, mala and such similar articles, getting success in a sadhana is not possible. However, due to your good sanchit karmas if you manage to get results, it will still not be a lot.
Hence, in order to get full and complete results of a mantra sadhana, doing pran pratishtha is very necessary. I am sharing today the procedure of energising yantras.
The procedure shared by me is followed in tantric rituals. However, one can still use this energising procedure for the sattvic and rajasic sadhanas as well.

Puja Adhar - In any puja or sadhana that we do has a base for it. In case of Lord Shiva we worship Shivling or sometimes, a yantra.
Similarly, Lord Vishnu can be worshipped in water, fire, your heart, and the shalagram that has come from vishnu kshetra, and in an idol.

For those who do not know, Vishnu Kshetra is the 4 feet area that surrounds Ganga River. I do not know as to how one may find Shaligram in Ganga river as Shaligram is found in gandaki river only.

By touching even 1 shaligram, a person gets rid of sins done in 1 crore births.

Out of the rise of fortune, if someone manages to find a Krishnashila with a gopad mark on it, that person is sure to attain moksha very soon.

Similarly, in case of devi upasana, the same can be done on a shivling, a book, a mandala, a yantra, an idol or in water.
Goddess Chandi/Chamunda can also be worshipped in adahul, aparajita, shvet kanaila, rakt kanaila, drona flowers because goddess herself resides in these flowers.

Out of all, worshipping any god or goddess in yantra is the best. By worshipping a yantra, the sadhak gets rid of kaam and krodh.

The word Yantra means  controller. ur religious books say that yantras are the controllers of our sorrows and difficulties. That is why, they are called "yantras".

Procedure of doing pran pratishtha of a yantra:
1. Perform this energisation on any auspicious day.  If there is no auspicious day around, the perform it on purnima.
2. The sadhak must have a bath in Brahma Muhurat and wear white/yellow clothes.
3. Sit facing East on a kush aasan and keep a chowki in front of you.
4. Keep a white or yellow cloth on it.
5. Then, light a pure ghee diya and a few incense sticks.
6. Then, the sadhak must first do ganesh pujan and then take a sankalp and do guru pujan and take your guru's blessings to guide you.
7. Then, keep a gold/silver/parad bowl in front of you.
Sanatana Dharma says that one must use gold plate. But since most cannot afford it, i believe silver plate can also be used.
One thing to very carefully keep in mind is that one must not use copper vessel even by mistake
because the articles that are going to be used ahead involve use of Dahi and dahi(curd) does the work of cobra's poison when kept in copper vessel.

8. Then, collect panchgavya in the vessel. Panchgavya is a combination of gaumutra, gobar, milk, curd, cow's ghee.

9. Now,  use a kush grass and put its tip on  this panchgavya and then chant the Hreem mantra 108 times and imagine as if the energy of Hreem Mantra is entering the panchgavya and purifying it.
The sadhak must stay careful while handling kush grass since its tip is extremely sharp.

10. Then, the sadhak must hold the yantra in his hands, chant Om mantra 5 times and then drop this yantra in the panchgavya. The panchgavya should be so much that the yantra gets completely immersed in it.

11. The,the sadhak must remove the yantra from the panchgavya and keep it aside. In the mean time, you must collect the panchgavya aside. Then, clean this plate so that this plate can be reused.

12. The sadhak must now bath the yantra using water, chandan, sugandhi, kasturi and kumkum.
Using kumkum is not allowed in case of Shiv yantras.
The procedure of offering this is that first, the sadhak must offer water and then offer chandan. After that, the sadhak must again offer water and then offer sugandhi. Then, again offer water and offer kasturi. and so on.

While offering all of these the following mantras must be chanted -

A) While offering water -
B) For Chandan,sugandhi,kasturi,kumkum -
Where there is blank space, there, you must add the name of the god whose mantra you are energising.
For example, if I am energising a Lakshmi maa yantra, I will say - ।

13. After this, the sadhak must collect panchamrut in a steel vessel and use kush grass and energise it as mentioned in step 9. But this time one must use ह्रौं mantra 108 times.

14. Then, the sadhak must offer panchamrut to the yantra. After offering one spoon of panchamrut, one must offer one spoon of clean water. Then, one must again offer panchamrut and then again offer water.
This must be repeated 5 times.
The mantra for offering panchamrut is - ॐ ____ नमः पंचामृतं समर्पयामि ।
The mantra for offering water is same as I had mentioned before.
Everything else must be understood as mentioned previously.

15. After this, the sadhak must again offer whatever is mentioned by me in step 12 and  step 14. This time, while offering, one must chant the isht mantra. Isht mantra means the mantra whose sadhana I am going to do using this yantra.
For example, if I am going to do sadhana of ॐ ऐं सरस्वत्यै नमः  then I will offer the before mentioned articles using this mantra.

16. After this, the sadhak must clean the yantra and keep it in a separate copper plate.

17. Then take a kush grass and touch its tip in the center of the yantra. Then, chant the mantra I am giving here 108 times. While chanting, the sadhak must imagine as if the yantra is getting energised and that this yantra is no more a mere metal but a godly energy.

Mantra - ।

18.  Then, the sadhak must do namaskar of the yantra.
19. After that, the sadhak must use a kush grass and touch its tip on the yantra and chant the pran pratishtha mantra.
Before chanting the mantra, one must offer viniyog and perform shad ang nyasa of the yantra.
For viniyog, one must take a teaspoonful of water in hand and recite this viniyog once and then offer this water to the ground in front of you.

Then, the sadhak must touch the middle of the yantra, the top of the yantra, the back of the yantra, the 2 sides of the yantra, the part between the top and center of the yantra. One must  chant the  isht mantra while touching the yantra. After that, the sadhak must do disha bandhan.

Then, the sadhak must take a kush grass and  touch its tip on the yantra and chant the mantra I am giving here 1 time -
While chanting, the sadhak must imagine as if the isht devta is entering  the yantra.
After this, the sadhak must take a sankalp that you are going to chant the isht mantra 1 mala in order to invoke the manta's energy in the yantra.
Then, sadhak must chant 1 mala of the isht mantra while doing tratak on the yantra. This will invoke your isht mantra in that yantra.
After this the sadhak must do 1 mala havan of the isht mantra and give daan dakshina to your guru.

If you cannot do havan, then one must chant 11 malas instead of 1 mala.
However, giving dakshina and daan to guru is must.

In case of a tamsik yantra or sadhana, the sadhak must also give bali.

In  the procedure, wherever I have mentioned use of Kush grass, there one must use a fresh grass. Do not make the mistake of reusing the same grass again and again.

A yantra that is made on copper remains effective for 7 years. A yantra made on bhojpatra remains effective for 13 years. The yantra made on silver remains effective for 30 years and the yantra made on gold remains effective for lifetime.
From this it can be understood that gold is more that a luxurious jewelry, it has its own spiritual significance.
It is said that silver and gold both have come from lord shiva. It is said that silver has originated from lord Shiva's eyes.
But not much is known about the origin of gold

One more thing I would like to say is that every person no matter age one may be, one must always have a guru. Without guru, there is no hope and peace. Neither in this world, nor in the upper worlds. Without a guru this precious human life is meaningless. All those who are desirous of reaching heights in sadhana world cannot achieve the same without a guru. Unfortunately, majority of the people cant find a guru because either they are too lazy or they live in such a society that all these seems meaningless. And as for those who have a guru, either they don't respect their guru and find faults in him or they don't understand the significance of a guru.

In today's world, there are lots of fake gurus. But it is our responsibility to find a genuine guru. If you don't work towards finding a guru it will your own loss and not of the guru. Because a guru, with his knowledge can bring for you things that our of the modern society's perception.

If you are someone who doesn't want to advance in sadhana world and happy with the little spirituality that you have, then you may not need a guru. But if you want to advance in the sadhana world and reach great heights and you expect that you can achieve the same without a guru, then this is same as running in a dark cave without the using any form of light. In such a cave, you may never know when you may find gold or when you may find a hungry lion.

Most of the people who have a guru don't know anything other than finding faults in him. Such a person himself may not know even 1% of the knowledge of his guru but still won't feel bad about finding faults in him. Such people who insult their own gurus are the first one to be troubled by sorrows, diseases and poverty. Every god runs away by the sight of such a sinner.
There is a very powerful stotra dedicated to our gurus which was shared by Lord Shiva to parvati. It ends with the words "na Guroradhikam na guroradhikam". This stotra states that mahavidyas, the 10 avatars, the tulsi, krishna, Parameshwar Harihara(Shankar-Narayan) even all of these are not more important than the guru.
When this is said by Shiva himself, then there must be no doubt kept about the greatness of a guru.
The person who insults his guru goes to narak along with all his pitrus. There is no doubt in this.

There are many gurus who are fake and only do the work of extracting money. Hence, the sadhak must remain careful and use his own intelligence. But just because there are lot of fake gurus doesn't mean we must stop finding guru at all.

Finding a genuine guru is not like finding food that one may get at every nook and corner of the road.
If you think that gurus will come to you with a golden spoon and take your care and protect you then you will forever be left without a guru and with a low level of spirituality. Because there more into the sadhana world that what we read on the internet and in the books. There are secret mantras, secrets sadhanas and secret spiritual powers which can only be known from guru parampara.

I hope that after reading this, all the readers may try to find a guru in life. And as for those who insult or belittle their gurus or consider themselves to be more smarter than their gurus, it is only when your soul leaves your body and when you reach the other worlds, will you understand the power and the significance of a guru and the kind of results you are going to reap for your soul for insulting your guru.
The person who insults his guru or someone else's guru goes to narak very soon and brings the destruction and end of his entire kul. Such a person goes to hell after death and lives there crores of kalpas.
In hinduism it is said that the person who does par stri gaman goes to various kinds of naraks and then such a person gets the yoni of a shukar for 35 crore kalpas, then he gets the yoni of a dog where he suffers from various kinds of pain and diseases for another 21 crore kalpas. After this, such a person gets snake yoni for 20 crore kalpas but not even once does he get the chance of being born as a human.

This human birth is hence significant because it is only in this yoni, can a living soul chant mantras and do something for his sins and try to attain moksha. Once you leave this human body and enter narak, there you will only have  your soul. And as soul doesn't have organs, neither will you be able to chant god's name, neither will you be able to call him for help. The only thing you will experience is thirst and hunger.

Crores times the sufferings one experiences  for par stri gaman will be experienced  by insulting your guru. The person who even thinks of insulting his guru or keeps a jealous or hateful feeling towards his guru gets the sin brahma hatya. In charak samhita, it is said that the person who insults hid guru repeatedly suffers from epilepsy

The person who give ups on his guru makes his pitrus go to narak. This is also called as Pitru Rin in astrological terms. or pitru dosh in popular terms. By abandons his guru even if he is faultless firstly sends his pitrus to narak. Secondly, the males members of his family start reducing. Thirdly, he isn't able to get  a male child even after much efforts. And without a son, how can the sadhak get moksha after death?
All the gods abandon the sinner who dares to abandon his guru out of his ego and pride.

Without guru, there is no chance of becoming great in sadhana world.

    1. 1. You must throw away all the kush sticks in the south west direction from your house.

      2. The best mantra for disha bandhan is

      3. Every mantra sadhana that a person does has its own ang nyasa mantras. Hence, you must use those mantra and perform shad ang nyasa of the yantra.
The places to perform shad ang nyasa in already mentioned by me after the viniyog

      4. I have already mentioned that it can be used for any yantra.

      5. The above mentioned procedure is only and only for a yantra.

    1. Do not use the gold plated yantras. Because the base metal they use is steel. Once the gold starts fading off, you will find that it is a steel yantra

    ReplyDelete

    1. No. One can very easily make panchgavya at his without any kind of superior efforts. Panch gavya includes raw cow milk, ghee, cow urine, curd and cow dung. Everything is easily available in the market.
Only for cow dung, you will need to crush it in to powder.

  9. Sir, i know a method of energising a mala in which involes using ashtadala made of peepal leaves, bathing mala in panchgavya, reciting eshan mantra, aghor mantra and atlast doing pranaprathista with pranaprathista mantra. Is this process genuine? I found it by googling - 'mala sanskar'

  10. what about if the yantra is made of bhojpatra and is written with some paste? will not the yantra get spoiled when immersed in panjagavya? In this case what to do?

    1. Yantra must be left to dry first. Bhojpatra is bark of a tree. you can try using little amounts of panchgavya.
