Mantra Prayog to remove mental dullness

Today, I will share a special  mantra prayog using which one can remove mental dullness or inertness. It is called as 'jada buddhi' in Hindi.
The prayog is very very simple and can be performed very easily by anyone.

Procedure:
1. Start this prayog from a shukla paksha monday,chaturdashi or purnima.
2. Wake up early in the morning, have a bath and then sit facing North East wearing white clothes.
3. Keep a parad shivling in front of you.
4. Light a pure ghee diya and a few incense sticks.
5. Worship your guru, Lord Ganesh, Lakshmi-Narayan, Surya, Chandra, Nandi, Maa Parvati and finally Lord Shiva.
6. Offer chandan, honey, rice,black sesame, raw milk and water to shivling.
Also, since rainy season has started, one can offer rain water to get special benefits. Because rainwater is holy.
7. Take a sankalp that you are performing this sadhana to remove laziness, lack of will power to work and to remove indolent and lethargic nature.
8. Use a rudraksh rosary and chant 1 mala of this mantra for 7 days.

That is it.
Using this simple prayog, all those who have laziness and procrastinating nature can get rid of the same and become productive and hard working in life.
